Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however in the unlikely event you need to return your goods, you can do so within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Please ensure your order is returned in its original packaging, including any instructions and despatch note, explaining the reason for the return. It is important that you include the despatch note so that we can speedily process your refund.
All products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit, and therefore recommend using an insured and tracked courier service. Except where a product is faulty, you will need to pay for the cost of returning your item(s).

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of the receipt of your return. Payment will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase. We will only contact you if there are any issues.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to change your order for a different product, please return the original item(s) and place a new order online.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, please photograph the damage and - along with a note of your Order Number, Name & Address - and send us a notification via the contact us form.
Cancellations
All orders are processed on the same business day, therefore if you would like to cancel an order please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We will be unable to process cancellation requests received more than 8 hours after the order was placed.
Amendments
If your order hasn't yet been fully processed we may be able to amend it. Please contact the Customer Services team with your order details and the change required and they will do their best to help you.
